Please read this note: The CAPM&R Conference is May 31 – June 2 in Whitehorse, Yukon.

This year, two different pre-course options are available. Only one is included in the conference package.

The CMPA Simulation (Section 3 Credits) pre-course is held on Tuesday, May 29, in Dawson City. The reason for this change in location is that it was believed that delegates may wish to explore Dawson therefore we are making it an education opportunity. It will require individuals to also book travel to/from Dawson City. A charter flight with Air North is available and tickets can be purchased in advance. Those attending the Dawson City course will travel back to Whitehorse on Wednesday morning. A maximum of 50 spots are available for this course.

Dawson travel for the CMPA Simulation (Section 3 Credits) pre-course:

  • Whitehorse-Dawson on Tuesday May 29 will depart at 0700 and arrive at 0810.
  • Dawson-Whitehorse on Wednesday May 30 will depart at 1305 and arrive at 1415.

Cost of the flight is $156 each way or $313 round trip. Book with Klondike Travel to receive a discount code.

The MSK Ultrasound pre-course will be held on Wednesday, May 30, in Whitehorse, YK.

There is no program on Sunday therefore this is your departure day.

Auto-Transfers to MAINPORT EPORTFOLIO
Royal College Fellows and MOC Program participants who provided their identification number at the time of registration will have their MOC Section 1 credits automatically transferred to their MAINPORT holding area following the learning activity. To complete the entry participants will be required to record their learning outcomes.


Letter of Invitation
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the CAPMR Conference should contact us by email at info@capmr.ca. The invitation letter will be issued once the registration form and payment has been received by the CAPMR. The letter does not constitute any financial commitment on the part of the Association.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations must be received in writing to info@capmr.ca
  • Cancellation policy:
    • On or before April 14, 2018 will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
    • No refunds on or after April 14, 2018.
